Youth

We are excited about what God is doing in our youth ministires.  We understand that this is a crucial time in the lives of our students.  They are trying to figure out who they are, what they believe, and what they want to do with their lives.
Students want to be connected in real, authentic relationships, not shallow and hollow ones.  We are committed to helping students connect relationally to one another and most importantly to the Living God by building an inviting, accepting and loving community of students who are passionately seeking to become like Jesus.

It is our desire that students will find this a place to call home, a place where they belong and feel connected.

Here’s when and where we meet:

Sunday mornings at 9:30 am we meet in the church sanctuary with our church family for worship and then are dismissed to our class.  We have a great small group atmosphere around the Bible.

On Wednesdays from May through mid-September we look at various topics from God’s Word, have a great time singing, and have fun playing games.

We meet from 6:30 – 8:00 at the “Chicken Coop” located directly behind the church.

On Wednesdays from mid-September through April our students are learning, memorizing Bible verses, serving, and having fun in our Awana program for grades 7 – 12.  Our schedule is:

• 5:00 – 5:30  Dinner provided at our Youth House
• 5:30 – 6:30  Learning and discussion around the Bible
• 6:30 – 7:30  Serving leaders in training in the younger Awana Clubs
• 7:30 – 8:05  Games and Fun
